Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund of the pre-paid amount.

2. For cancellations made 15 days before the tour date, half of the pre-paid amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.

3. Cancellations made within 10 days of the tour date will not be eligible for a refund. However, guests have the option to reschedule their reservations for a later date, either on the same boat or a different one, if available.

4. If a new reservation is made for the same month, there will be no additional charge for any price differences. However, if the reservation is rescheduled to the following month, the total amount will be recalculated based on the prices for that month, and a discount will be applied equivalent to the pre-paid amount.

5. Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour date will result in the full tour fee being charged with no refund.

6. Refunds for tour cancellations will be processed within 30 days following the cancellation date.
